Defined aluminum lines, a bold horizontal rhythm and expansive glass. Our original full-view sectional door, fabricated for each opening and strong enough for demanding homes and commercial buildings.
Dubai Framed is a framed full-view sectional overhead door made from extruded aluminum and glass. Slim aluminum frames define each glass field, so the door keeps a strong horizontal rhythm while letting daylight and views through.
Every door is built to a measured opening at our Doral, Florida factory. Section layout, frame finish, glass make-up, track and hardware are selected for that project, then confirmed on approved shop drawings and a physical sample before production.
Custom fabrication for every project. Four horizontal sections are the most common layout, and the number of panes per section follows the opening width.
Extruded aluminum and glass sections with a nominal 3-inch door thickness.
Clear, tinted, frosted, laminated impact and Low-E options, each approved on a physical sample.
Specified for homes, showrooms, restaurants, service bays and essential facilities.

What you see is a clean grid of glass. Behind it, every part of the door is selected for the opening, the job location and the finished weight.
Rails and stiles in Bronze, White, Black or an exterior wood-grain finish.
Glass and interlayer chosen for light, privacy and impact requirements.
The most common layout; panes per section set by the opening width.
2-in or 3-in track, springs, hinges and operator sized to the finished door.
Choose a layout, frame finish and glass to preview the look, then send the configuration with your quote request.
Bronze, White and Black are standard. Rustic Oak, Golden Oak and Mahogany wood-grain finishes are available on the exterior face only.
Maximum daylight with solar control
Diffused light and privacy, with solar control
A frosted, translucent look

Tinted, with a clear view out
Tinted and frosted for full privacy
Each make-up is listed as glass + interlayer (+ Low-E coating). Laminated make-up and availability are confirmed per order.
Screen colors are approximate. Every order is approved on a physical frame and glass sample.
South Florida asks more of a garage door than almost anywhere in the country. Dubai Framed is available in impact and High-Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ) configurations and references Florida Product Approval FL47950-R1.
The approved size, design pressure, glazing and component schedule are confirmed for each project before fabrication.
Design wind pressure depends on the building’s location, exposure, height and use. We confirm the requirements for your job site before the door is drawn.
Impact configurations use laminated glass. The interlayer holds the glass in place if it breaks.
Track, springs, hinges and operator are selected from the finished door weight, geometry and available headroom.
Building a fire station or another essential facility? Essential facility doors
Bring daylight and views into the garage, show off a collection, or open a living space to the yard.
Showrooms, restaurants, service bays and storefronts use full-view doors for visibility, daylight and an open street presence.
Fire, EMS and police stations get full-view visibility with doors engineered for the building’s risk category.
Final approved size, design pressure, glazing and component schedule are confirmed for each project. Approved drawings and the signed proposal govern every order.
A full-view garage door replaces solid panels with glass set in an aluminum frame, so most of the door’s face is glass. Dubai Framed is a full-view sectional door: it opens overhead like a standard sectional door, while slim aluminum frames divide the glass into a clean horizontal grid.
Impact and HVHZ configurations are available. Dubai Framed references Florida Product Approval FL47950-R1. The approved size, design pressure and glazing are confirmed for each project and job location, so tell us where the door will be installed when you request a quote.
Dubai Framed shows its aluminum frame, creating a defined grid of glass fields with a strong horizontal rhythm. Dubai Frameless puts an exterior glass face over the structure, so the door reads as one continuous plane of glass.
Bronze, White and Black are standard. Rustic Oak, Golden Oak and Mahogany wood-grain finishes are available on the exterior face only. Every finish is approved on a physical sample before production.
Clear + Clear + Low-E gives the most daylight with solar control. Clear + White creates a frosted look that lets light in while blocking views. Grey + Clear tints the glass to reduce glare, and Grey + White combines tint and frosting for full privacy. Laminated impact glass is used where the job site requires it.
Each door is built to the measured opening. The number of sections and panes per section follows the opening size; single-pane sections are used on openings up to 11′2″ wide. Maximum sizes depend on the design pressure required at your address, so sizing is confirmed during engineering.
Price depends on the opening size, glass make-up, impact and wind-pressure requirements, frame finish, hardware and operator. Because every Dubai Framed door is built to order, we quote after reviewing your opening dimensions and job location.
Glass doors are heavier than most panel doors. We select track, springs and operator from the finished door weight and tell you whether your current opener can be used.
Yes. Every door is manufactured in Doral, Florida and delivered nationwide.

Send the opening size and the job location. Our engineering team reviews the requirements for that address and comes back with a proposal built for your door.
Final configuration depends on dimensions, location, glass make-up, wind requirements, hardware and available headroom.
