Dubai Frameless is an overhead sectional garage door with an exterior glass face. Instead of framing each pane, the glass covers the structure, so the aluminum all but disappears and the door reads as a single, seamless surface.
Four horizontal sections are a common architectural layout, and where span and engineering allow, the door is built with no vertical center division. It is the cleanest face we make, designed for minimalist, high-end homes.

What is a frameless glass garage door?
A frameless glass garage door hides most of its aluminum structure behind an exterior glass face. Dubai Frameless still opens overhead like a sectional door, but from the street it reads as one continuous plane of glass instead of a grid of framed panes.
How is Dubai Frameless different from Dubai Framed?
Dubai Framed shows its aluminum frame and divides the glass into a defined grid. Dubai Frameless places the glass on the outside of the structure for a smoother, more minimal face. Framed offers more frame finishes; Frameless focuses on glass color and composition.
What glass colors are available?
Dubai Frameless is offered in mirror black, mirror white, grey, bronze, Low-E and frosted looks. The signature finish is black mirror, made with the Frameless Clear + Black make-up. Final glass tone is approved on a physical sample.
Can I mix glass colors on one door?
Yes. Custom color layouts are available, such as a single white band on a black mirror door, Diamond White + Black banding or Bronze + Black. Color placement and panel proportions are confirmed on the shop drawing.
Does Dubai Frameless have a center division?
Where span and engineering allow, it is built with no vertical center division for the cleanest face, typically on openings up to 11 feet wide. Wider openings or higher design pressures may call for a center division, which we confirm during engineering.
Is Dubai Frameless suitable for hurricane areas?

Is a frameless glass door heavy?
Glass-faced doors weigh more than typical panel doors. We use a design input of 5.9 lb/ft² for Dubai Frameless doors and select the track, springs and operator from the finished door weight.
