Welcome to All Glass Garage (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “All Glass Garage”). By accessing or using our website, services, or purchasing our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our website or services.

1. Purpose Seller will supply Buyer with garage doors and/or related components (the “Products”) only pursuant to Buyer’s purchase orders.

2. Purchase Orders & Specifications. Each transaction must be supported by a Purchase Order (PO) or written confirmation (email/text) stating sizes, model, finish/color, glass type, quantity, and specifications. Buyer is responsible for measurement/spec accuracy.

3. Pricing & Taxes Prices are per Seller’s quote/confirmation for each PO. Applicable taxes/fees are Buyer’s responsibility unless a valid exemption is provided.

4. Payment Terms 60% deposit is required to confirm and process each order. Remaining 40% balance is due prior to or at pickup. Products will not be released until paid in full.

5. Pickup / No Delivery Delivery is not included. Buyer will pick up Products at 1567 NW 82nd Ave, Doral, FL 33126. PICKUP IS REQUIRED; NO DELIVERY PROVIDED.

6. Inspection & Acceptance Buyer must inspect Products at pickup. Visible damage/shortage must be reported in writing before leaving. Once removed, Products are deemed accepted.

7. Cancellations & Changes Custom or in-process orders may not be cancellable and may be subject to restocking, labor, and/or material charges.

8. Warranty Unless otherwise stated in writing, Seller provides only the applicable manufacturer’s warranty and/or Seller’s limited warranty terms in effect at time of sale.

9. Limitation of Liability No indirect/incidental/consequential damages. Seller’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific Products at issue.

10. Governing Law Florida law governs. Venue shall be in the county where Seller’s principal place of business is located, unless otherwise required by law.

11. Entire Agreement This Agreement remains open and applies to ongoing supply. Each PO is incorporated by reference. If a PO conflicts, this Agreement controls unless Seller agrees otherwise in writing.

12. Mandatory Brand Use Dealer agrees that use of the All Glass Garage Doors brand name, logo, approved marketing materials, and visual identity is mandatory as a condition of maintaining dealer status.

13. Logo Usage Requirements Dealer shall not modify, alter, distort, recolor, or recreate the Company logo or branding without written approval.

14. Marketing & Advertising Dealer must use approved branding across websites, social media, signage, brochures, proposals, and advertising.

15. Authorized Dealer Representation Dealer shall identify itself as an ‘Authorized Dealer of All Glass Garage Doors’.

16. Intellectual Property All trademarks, logos, designs, photography, and marketing materials remain the exclusive property of All Glass Garage Doors.

17. Termination Failure to comply with brand standards may result in immediate termination of dealer status and revocation of all branding rights.
